Client-provided assets remain the property of the client, modified or utilized by us under a limited-use license for service fulfillment.
AZ Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our platforms or services. We provide professional advice and execution based on market data, but final ROI remains dependent on external market variables.
Both parties agree to maintain professional standards during all interactions. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our technological stacks or engage in fraudulent activities through our platform will result in immediate termination and legal action.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AZ Technologies is registered, including international trade and data protection treaties.
